Episode 123 The Psychology of Gardening

I know I’ve been talking about esoteric types of things lately and its just the mood I’m in so bear with me.  Next week I promise to talk about more practical matters.

This week I wanted to talk about the psychology of gardening.

*Underneath the thin layer of mulch, topsoil or compost we pull back to plant our seeds or plants we find ourselves.  Its like our mirror reflection, we can see deeper into ourselves this way.

*What makes up the mind of the gardener?  What type of person gardens?

*What does our plant choices, planting style, garden organization say about us as people?

*The psychology of “Survivor Trees”.

*Why gardening is innate and freeing.
